Any payment for tours, hotels,
air tickets or other services will be made after the clients agree with the
price. To confirm any booking the payments must be made in advance before your
date of departure, or date plan as stated on the program. That means we can
guarantee all arrangements.
If payments made by bank transfer, to confirm those payment, the clients must
email us the scanned copy of bank transfer slip to
helpdesk@calculusgroup.org so
that we can start processing your itinerary and travel plan. We also accept
MasterCard, Visa and other recognized credit cards. Note that, a cancellation charge of USD $50 applicable for canecellation.
